چکیده
Using morphological characteristics and simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers, we evaluated the variation genetic diversity of 200 Perilla accessions collected from five regions South Korea another region. In analysis, particularly leaf color, stem degree pubescence, size have been found to help distinguish features native cultivated in Korea. Twenty SSR primer sets confirmed a total 137 alleles accessions. The number per locus ranged 3 13, with an average 6.85. (GD) was 0.649, range 0.290–0.828. From analysis Jeolla-do Gyeongsang-do showed comparatively high values compared those other unweighted pair group method arithmetic mean (UPGMA) were cluster into three main groups outgroup 42% similarity, did not show clear geographic structure Therefore, it is believed that landrace seeds are frequently exchanged by farmers through various routes between results this study expected provide interesting information on conservation these resources selection useful for development varieties leafy vegetables frutescens var.

Genetic Diversity of pear (Pyrus spp) Germplasm Assessed by Simple Sequence Repeat (SSR) and Morphological Traits
This study was conducted to identify and recognize relations and diversity among accessions of the Iranianpears (Pyrus spp). A total of 34 pear accessions, derived presumably from at least six species, were subjected to simple sequence repeat (SSR) analysis. The Japanese and the Chinese pear samples were; “Housui” and “Yali” cultivars, example of Pyrus pyrifolia and P. bretschneideri, respectiv...
متن کاملIdentification of Linked Markers for Delayed Fruit Ripening in Tomato Using Simple Sequence Repeat (SSR) Markers
Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) is an important vegetable crop and acts as model plant for fruit development studies. Besides that, post-harvest damage is a devastating phenomenon often associated with ripening process in tomato which in turn leads to greater yield loss. Understanding the genetics, molecular and biochemical pathways is the key to overcome the existing situation. In th...
متن کاملGenetic Diversity Analysis of Maize Hybrids Through Morphological Traits and Simple Sequence Repeat Markers
Comparing different methods of estimating the genetic diversity could define their usefulness in plant breeding programs. In this study, a total of 18 morphological traits and 20 simple sequence repeat (SSR) loci were used to study the morphological and genetic diversity among 20 maize hybrids selected from different countries, and to classify the hybrids into groups based on molecular profiles...
متن کاملGenetic variation and DNA fingerprinting of durian types in Malaysia using simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers
Durian (Durio zibethinus) is one of the most popular tropical fruits in Asia. To date, 126 durian types have been registered with the Department of Agriculture in Malaysia based on phenotypic characteristics. Classification based on morphology is convenient, easy, and fast but it suffers from phenotypic plasticity as a direct result of environmental factors and age. To overcome the limitation o...
متن کاملMolecular identity of ramie germplasms using simple sequence repeat markers.
DNA identity is highly effective and efficient for distinguishing crop varieties regardless of their phenotypic similarities. To establish DNA identity in ramie, 21 simple sequence repeat primers were amplified in 108 accessions of domestic and exotic ramie germplasms. Sixty polymorphic bands were obtained, with an average of 2.9 bands per locus and 2-8 band types per primer locus (average of 5...
